Sectoral Statistics Development at West Muna Regional Hospital

Starting the third quarter of 2023, in order to improve excellent service in the implementation of sectoral statistics, BPS will carry out sectoral statistics development at the district general hospital. West Muna on July 11 2023. West Muna Regional Hospital plans to carry out a patient satisfaction survey. This survey aims to measure the level of patient satisfaction as service users and is an effort to improve the quality of public service delivery in the health sector.

This activity was attended by the BPS District team. Muna, which was commanded by Mr. Leman Jaya, SST, M.Sc (Head), the person in charge of technical survey activities, as well as all enumerators or survey data collectors. The activity begins with an explanation regarding the stages in conducting statistics which include: identification of needs, design, implementation, data collection, processing, analysis, dissemination and evaluation.

Next, a discussion was held to clarify preparations for implementing the satisfaction survey at Muna Regional Hospital. This activity took place dynamically with various questions from the West Muna Regional Hospital team

With this coaching activity, it is hoped that it can provide training to the technical team and survey field implementers so that the survey is carried out in accordance with statistical rules.

This coaching is also a medium for achieving the Muna Regency BPS performance targets
