Head of BPS Muna Serves as Speaker for Press Release on 2026 State Budget Realization

February 27, 2026 | Other Activities

Hello #DataFriends
The Head of BPS Muna, Leman Jaya, was one of the speakers at the press release on the 2025 State Budget realization held by the Raha Type A2 State Treasury Service Office. The event took place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Raha KPPN Hall. All partner work units of the KPPN Raha, both central and regional, attended.

At this event, Leman was asked to present the economic development of Muna and West Muna Regencies. In addition to presenting the GRDP (Regional Gross Domestic Product), the contribution of each economic sector, and economic growth, the Head of BPS Muna also outlined development constraints in 2025 and economic challenges for 2026.

Leman emphasized the significant role of government spending in the economic growth of Muna and West Muna Regencies. Personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, social assistance expenditure, and subsidies have a direct impact on household consumption. Meanwhile, capital expenditure and goods spending also have a direct impact on investment or capital formation. This is important, considering that the majority of Muna and West Muna's GRDP is contributed by household consumption and the formation of GFCF.

At the end of his presentation, Leman reiterated the importance of effective and well-targeted government spending. This can have a multiplier effect on other sectors, in addition to improving public welfare.
