Abstract

National development ultimately leads to the welfare of the people as mandated in the 1945 Basic Law. Interpretation of people's welfare itself is a multi-perspective thing. Various kinds of indicators are available by many parties with expectations and qualitatively. Individually interpreted as Values from targeted statistics. Overall it can also be presented through various perspectives such as gender, geography, or between times.
